Each line carries a +20% variability buffer on top of the base provider cost — Gemini pricing fluctuates with token volume, audio peaks trigger retries, AWS Fargate scales unpredictably. Then we add a +20% Belarebia margin. Total padding: 1.20 × 1.20 = 1.44× base cost. We re-publish actual margins quarterly. If real costs drop, prices drop with them.
